who her eats grains ?

So i am just curios who here eats grains..

after 10 years of training i decided to get a trainer !
things are finally starting to change again after a 2-3 year stand still..

anyways he decided to put me on a diet with-out grains

i have always suffered for sinus issues, always taking meds for the issue
i was always stuffed up or runny . it sucked!

well 6 weeks into the diet, no more sinus issues !

i am really happy and wanted to share this with you guys

What are you referring to as grains? Cessation of gluten products? More specificity please.

Factually speaking less than 2% of Americans are "gluten intollerant" suffering from celiac sprue. You may be one of em. I eat Ezekial bread- all sprouted grains but can handle real wheat- hence stone ground whole wheat- not that shit big companies try and pass off as reconstituted fortified engineered wheat. Fools consumers. If its relieving symptoms of discomfort just stay away- its easy to. But make sure its real wheat- should say stone ground if for real and not engineered and re-fortified in a factory.
