I've heard Rich Piana on a video say he grew his wrist over a full inch from high GH for a long time. My wrist are medium sized 6.9-7 on a 6ft 3 3/4 height so I always appear to weigh more. Was Ng of possibly adding some bone weight , increase the size of wrists but I think I'll keep my wrist medium.
Btw Frank Zane's wrist size was, is a 6.
I feel its a good thing in bodybuilding. I ve found for every quarter ito half inch of wrist it adds about 25 -35 lbs to someone s weight due to overall thicker bones, tendons, ligaments.
Dont think I'll ever push GH. This last prep 1.5 ius. One day I did three ius and was really tired far beyond regular.
