who here trains first thing???

i eat oatmeal an hour before the gym,and shake after.i dont like mourning workouts ,but at least when your done work you can relax.
 
I like going to the gym first thing - but work leaves me little choice. First thing, or evening. So it's first thing.

I've tried a number of different things.
-- LBAs and 2 cups of black coffee

Or

-- pre-wo supplements (Buzz Saw or Jacked + extra beta alanine) with whey or free-form aminos

Right now, using Buzz Saw and aminos. I'm not sure I have a strong preference but the current regimen seems good. Coffee or stims are a must for me.

Post work-out, I use peptides, then protein, gh + slin.
 
I actually really like training in the morning. I always train best on a real empty stomach. I may feel a bit tired but if I got enough sleep and I warm up good, it's no problem at all.
