I like going to the gym first thing - but work leaves me little choice. First thing, or evening. So it's first thing.
I've tried a number of different things.
-- LBAs and 2 cups of black coffee
Or
-- pre-wo supplements (Buzz Saw or Jacked + extra beta alanine) with whey or free-form aminos
Right now, using Buzz Saw and aminos. I'm not sure I have a strong preference but the current regimen seems good. Coffee or stims are a must for me.
Post work-out, I use peptides, then protein, gh + slin.
