who makes their own caffeine drinks?

i was thinking about using some sugar free koolaid. mixing about 2 no doz, and then 2 asprin, and possible some yohimbine from kaotics website. how do you thnink this would work? im not sure on dosages though thats why i came here to ask, im assuming the no doz and asprin would be ok at 2 pill each, but im not sure on yohimbine dosages.

I don't know if he still offers it but it's up on his board is Animal has/had sterile caffeine. I would think that it would be better for you than the no doz. But I'm not sure about the yohimbe. I would get it exact though as I took just alittle before a game last year and was almost too jacked up to even play.

Have you tried yoh. before?...

Many people freak if they try it w/ ephedrine - be careful. Ask more on that if you aren't sure.

You could work up to 6 - 10 mg of yohimbine in each drink. Daily dose would be 0.2 mg / kg body mass each day. (1kg = 2.2 lb, 220lb BB'er has 100kg of mass).

BTW, what's the purpose of the drink?... Easier to dose the yoh throughout the day?...

i have never thought of it... on occion will consume some expresso before I hit the gym. but that right this is your own drink, and caffine pills are extremely cheap
