who only pins 1 spot?

All my gear are 50% eo/50%gso
gets through a slin pin easy.
I don't even need to back load.
29-30g 1/2inch





For me that's the reason I only use quad up and down, its easy (but painful) to break scar tissue with a rolling pin and a foam roller. Can't do that on your delts or glutes.

Wow so you just draw and shoot with a slin pin?
 
The more ppl saying quads hurt really has me second guessing

It's not that bad with decent gear. Warming any gear always helps, using a 25 gauge pin, and injecting somewhat slowly also makes it more tolerable.
 
Ive been doing biceps only for the last month. Realistically, being able to put 3ml in each head twice a week... 12ml a week covers most cycles.

Kind of using it as a SEO
 
How do you do this?

As weird as this may sound - I sit the the vial (or pin if it's already loaded) by the exhaust on my laptop and warm it. The coconut oil gets nice and thin and it only takes maybe 15 seconds to pin .8ml through a 29g slin.
 
I go around my body like a circle. When pinning ed it goes left trap, right trap, right delt, right glute, right quad, left quad, left delt, left glute… 8 day rotation.. even if its eod I do the same thing so I get 16 days before I do the same spot twice.

I load up the syringe and run warm water in the sink and just let it run over the area where the oil is.. make sure you don't get any water near the tip and don't make the water to hot either
 
I pin exclusively in my delta with a 1in 25 gauge. Had some minor PIP once but other than that it's a non issue. I'm sure if I was using prop or primo I would rotate sites tho.

Pin outer bi's and tri's everyday with npp, test p and tren. 1ml in each head. Just switched to TNE and injectable dianabol. 1ml of each twice a day am and pm.

this is exactly how i do it will be trying quad with slin soon
 
I tend to use mostly my quads. I can hit my quad in 3 different places (Upper, Mid, Lower on each leg.


Even with EOD injects I can get 6 hits in before even considering moving to my delts.

I'm afraid to try anywhere besides the upper area of my quad. I've been looking for a new site to add in the rotation and I'm thinking lats or chest would be next best after glutes, delts, quads, traps.
