Who supplements pregnenolone and/or progesterone?

Finally ordered a progesterone blood test yesterday. Never had it checked in the past, but decided to add it and monitor it. If I come in low, which I’m totally expecting I’ll begin supplementing. I’m curious to how it all shake out. I’ll have to report back on this thread once I get the results.

Anyone get major appetite increases from this? I'm now taking 100mg pregnenolone and 25mg DHEA daily. Huge appetite increases and I'm looking tighter. DHEA is the only real change in the last two weeks and man it's bad.

It would take a lot of convincing for me to believe supplementing progesterone is a good idea for bodybuilding! Estradiol, OK... I can see the argument for being able to "dial in" your E2 versus an aromatizing androgen. I still think dialing it in with test (e.g., TNE/susp) makes more sense, along with the other on-cycle supplements you should be using like Ralox, perhaps hCG and an AI. But, ingesting actual progesterone? Nope. Nope. Nope.

Did you ever get your results?

I should get them next week. The appetite and libido are still very elevated though.

I added this after reading threads a few weeks back. Dropped some water. But kept losing weight and eating a lot. Progesterone can increase T3s ability to reach the receptor. I'm on 100mcg proscribed (high i know) now I need half that.
