would most assume aromisin use, what are the pos and negs of using a anti e year round if assuming ya didnt go over board, what doses do ya guys take and i mean off cycle so even if you were off for 6 months or more how much would you guys take of it during the that time period? baseing it on keeping estorgen low for fat loss and test up for muscle

exemestane is probably the most common choice, generally reccomend exemestane or AIFM (OTC). some individuals, like those with variocele or other central tissue producing aromatase issue may be better with anastrozole or letrozole.

leaner and "healthier" you are the less you need. the fatter, more insulin insensitive, liver strained, etc.. that you are the higher the doses that you will need.

its a good idea especially for those with ANY kind of estrogen fat pattern as well as those who are a bit on the fat side or getting older. Estrogen, over the very small amount needed in men, is basically only detrimental.

well i take a serm yr round but im a girl... more then enough estro even with blocking receptors.. nolva 20mg ED since feb 08

very individual. reccomend small moves in dosage with 2-7 days to see full effects (AIFM/exemestane/anastrozole/letrozole).

too low can be 20pg or it can be 2pg, levels of albumin and SHBG as well as host of other factors. keeping in mind that there are other systemic and localally produced estrogens, as well as phytoestrogens. lignans, like enterodiol and enterolactone (these are generally considered to be only beneficial, though very high doses with low estrogen could negatively impact libido) and of course xenoestrogens, things that look like estrogen and act like it (less, same, tremendously more all possibilities)
