Helps you get it down faster and supposedly I heard the acid in the vinegar is hard on tooth enamel and drinking with a straw would help that issue quite a bit.

Curious what you guys think about it and how you take it an dose it. I Just picked some up from the organic food section at the supermarket. I have heard quite a few good things about it but never tried using it. I filled up a shot glass with it when I got home and shot it. I think that might have been a little too much

I recently have used it in my regimen. Not daily though. Just when acid reflux acts up. Apple cider vinegar tames it for a few months in a only a few days of use. I'm not a big natural remedy guy but this stuff works,,,at least for acid reflux it helps me.
