Who uses apple cider vinegar

I do and I love it. I drink it about once a day but was thinking about adding it to my gallon of drinking water. Does anyone do this?

I do. I have bad stomach issues and it helps calm my stomach. 2oz twice a day with honey and 20oz water. Getting scoped Thursday to see what the cause is.

I have it in my cabinet. I dont need it all the time but it is a weapon in my arsenal of health.

I put it in salads but I would recommend putting it in water when you drink it if you don't. I think it can wear down your teeth or the enamel? Someone can hopefully confirm this.

yes it is very acidic..will wear down ur whites eventually

I wouldn't put it in water...
I'd take a shot of it or use a straw. Fuck putting it in a jug of water.

its okay with lemon water. absolutely tastes like shit so better mix it with something to overpower the taste. many benefits to it though.
I use it as an antioxidant.

I swear by it. Must be with mother. I take it every morning when I wake up with about 100ml of luke warm water.

Sorted so many of my digestive issues out (have crohns).
