Lets narrow it down to the two best on the list Ray and Levrone.
Levrone size and condition. Ray a bit smaller and a bit better in my honest opinion.I'm more of a levrone fan but if I look at each in there best condition
its ray. .. Wheeler? why ?

best of the 90's was Ronnie in his prime . Yates my favorite but coleman
was the best in the late 90's.

I'd have to say Flex...To me, if you take Shawn Ray's physique and cross it with Kevin Levrone's physique you get Flex's body! All three were incredible!!

Shawn was the most balanced and had the best flow to his physique, he was also the most consistent with conditioning out of the three. Flex had the roundest muscle bellies, smallest joints and best structure. Levrone was the thickest.

He was just too short...Couldn't size up against the bigger guys. This pic shows why.
