I train everyday. For me this what I love the most, I feel that small daily exercise is what our bodies meant to be doing. Be active. I was born in 1980. We spent every day playing games going fishing riding bike. I joined to the gym when all that social media bullshit wasnt even existing. We were all in love in training those days. It was also our socialising time with people like us sharing same interests. I was trying to going less but having day off is not my thing. However I have my own routine which is dedicated to recovery : chest , back , shoulders, triceps with quads, biceps with hams and cycle repeat so I hit bodypart once every 6 days kinda like modified push pull where big bodyparts start week and small finish it allowing for recovery also chasing pump and good form and low volume is a must. But I think that doing any movement every day is much better then sitting on the sofa. I know it is hard to progress with 7 days a week but love for training in my case seems to be exceeding pursuit for gains. Who else going to gym daily?

No way.. 5 days a week for me. I may do a little cardio (or not) on those other 2 days.

5 days

Cardio everyday.

if you want to have results, 2-3 days of training in a row is the optimum for me

if you train just for fun and you don't care if you grow up, you can train up to 2x a day
Luki, if I read this correctly you are training 2-3 days per week? Or is it 2 or 3 on and then one off and repeat? You are huge so whenever you post something I read it. EDIT: Looks like you corrected to read 2-3 in a row. Got it. Thanks

Six days a week.

For me it fluctuates depending on goals.

When dieting, I usually train 5-6 days a week consistently and usually do cardio on off days.

At peak offseason, it's around 5 days a week - 2 or 3 on then a day off.

When rebounding, I sometimes go 4 or 5 days in a row (like today). If my weight and strength are going up and I feel like I can have a good workout I get in the gym.

I was doing every day until old injuries acted up. Now using bpc157 to fix myself and get back on track.

At the moment I do push-legs-rest-pull-rest-repeat. Really like it a lot. Too bad my work schedule is gonna change and it won't fit too well anymore. Probably gonna go voor 4 days in first week, 5 days other week, then 4 again and so on.

I cause way too much muscle trauma to train everyday, I would be a beat up mess. Now if I just went in and didn't push things, sure I could train 7 days a week.

2-4x per day 6x per week…

Standard day is between 4,750-6,250 calorie burn.

lol not 2-3 times a week - I train now and basically always in the system 2on -1off -3on -1off - repeat

5 on, 2 off where I do cardio. If you hit each part 1x a week I could see how it works.

I realized a few years ago that my performance was suffering. I always liked 4 on one off. I changed to 5 on one off to put a second day between deadlift (back day) and legs and performance improved. When I tried 5 on 2 off I improved again.
I love training and am not as happy on the second day off, so I will probably reduce volume if I feel like I’m not recovering fully from here.

At 51, 3 days per week is my max. I've tried pushing 4-5 days but always end up with an injury.

Some occasions I’ll go 10 days straight without a day off

Sounds similar to Dorian Yates. The bigger and stronger he got...the more off days he needed. At his peak I believe he was training 4x per week. And only 40-50 minutes with 5-6 exercises per session. But, they were BRUTAL and cause a lot of muscle damage so he needed longer to recover.

4 days weight training split (M, W, F, Sat)
3 days aerobics (30+ minutes increased heart rate and respiration - no anaerobic) (Tues, Thurs, Sat)
1 day heavy anaerobic cardio pushing VO2 max (HIIT usually on the track) (Tues or Thurs)
Sundays off completely

4-5 days a week. Anything more and im affecting my strength and recovery in another bodypart.
