typically i workout in the evening but sometimes i move a workout to saturday and i have to get up and go pretty early to get to the gym before it closes. I like to train after a few meals a bit better but i have found this to be a good combo.
30min preworkout
1 scoop preworkout(hyde is my choice right now)
1/2 scoop karbolyn
1 scoop aminos
during workout
1/2 scoop karbolyn
1 scoop aminos
I found to this to work pretty good. those cards get in the system fast and with the added stims and other items create a nice pump and overall a pretty good workout.
