Yesterday I had a gum graft on my lower teeth and a lower lip frenectomy to correct some gum recession. The periodontist says I can only eat liquids for the first few days then soft foods for the next week or two until incisions heal. I need to figure out a plan to still get my macros in so that I do not lose progress. Prior to yesterday I was eating 290P/372C/54F
Normally meal 2 is a whey isolate/PB shake and meal 4 is COR, Whey, PB. If I add anymore whey I think my digestion will suffer.
What's the deal with these chicken shakes? is there a way to add a decent carb to these with out making the liquid volume insane?
This morning for meal one I did the Brett Wilkin style egg white shake that he has on YT. it wasn't bad
