Anyone else using this? Really interesting, especially the sleep analysis, had 17 “disturbances” last night, starting to wonder if i have sleep apnea? Also interesting is the heart rate variability measurement, will be interesting to see what lowers / increases it, besides cardio. Also, thought i was doing ok on cardio, nope, have a ways to go. Cardio is all i can do while shoulder is healing / PT.

I had the WHoop for about 9 months. Actually have the OURA ring right now.

I document my sleep (and have been for the past 3 years) and with all the new HRV stuff coming out, I wanted one immediately.
I really LIKE that it's just a band, no watch, no nothing. And, it looked cool hah. Lots of athletes I know rock em.
