Samson might be leaner than ever and it still does not mean that either is condition is at others levels or he will loose all the pop and not display a good version of himself.
I laught when I hear "if Samson brings his 100%".. but does that mean? Which 100%?

I am afraid Samson will look like Andrew in Arnold 23..

It's crazy that we had 4 different Olympia champions in 4 years tho. Nobody's dominant enough to reign 6-8 years like Dorian, Ronnie, Phil, Haney did.

I dont think so. All except for one of the top 10 guys from last year are coming back, in addition Nick Walker, Regan Grimes, Goodvito and Behrooz will be there this year. I dont see him beating any of those 13 guys.

I haven't read anywhere that Behrooz received a visa, do you have any information on that? And Urs could easily beat Regan. Regan would be outside the top 10 in my opinion.

It's going to be a GOOD one! I know it's really subjective at this point until they are actually on the stage, But I really like Urs (He blew up!!), Neckzilla, Fitzwater, and Lunsford! Nihat Kaya in 212 looks phenomenal too!!

Yes, while he might look different in the open top 4, 212 are both amazing figures: Keon and Nihat, of course, top 2 in that order. I haven't seen talent like Nihat in a long time; the guy is incredible.

Wait till Nihat goes open. The open class is going to go through a paradigm shift in the not to distant future. The guys are killing themselves to make weight in the 212. The door is starting to open, pardon the expression, for these competitors to blowup. My opinion and prediction for what is worth.

Yes, possibly, but I was talking in more general terms using him as an example (not clear in retrospect).

I think the open will still have some monsters but I think the “aesthetics”, balance and proportions will be a bigger factor, size will not be the end all be all with conditioning, while still being important, it won’t be a shredded glutes contest.

Essentially a bigger “classic physique”.

It’s a fine line I know but I see it moving.

I really don't understand his phenomenon; his muscles are completely smooth and lack quality (I'm talking about his form from the Arnold or Pittsburgh Pro stage, not to mention this video). Maybe one of his fans could explain to me what's so special about him?

Hadi - he has incredible sculpting, great legs, a decent waist (although it seems to have grown now, we'll see on stage) with great obliques, the best chest striation in the top four.
Nick - hardness, mass, "explosive" muscles, probably the best arms in the world, the best back double biceps in the open.
Samson - shape, mass, bone structure, proportions.
Derek - great lats and...?

Never could understand the the fascination for Derrick. Not a very attractive physique in my opinion.

Hadi. Probably the least attractive physique in the lineup. Plus, too much oil.

Nick. Another with a not attractive physique, got the arms for sure.
