other than what the doctors bp test considers high what numbers did u play around in that u considered safe before it got out of control? or was it u jus didn't monitor it ?
From experience, I wont be setting any weight goals or tag any numbers to my goals. My goal, training wise is to just keep growing and remain lean, maybe lean up a bit more and stay under under 9-10%. Bring everything up and just take things week by week and dont try to rush things, each time Ive done that I have dissappointed myself and not reached those goals. I dont know when I will step onstage again, maybe a year maybe 3, but when I do it will be to requalify then straight to Nationals and I wont do that until I know I will be competitive at that level. Im realistic about it all and right now I have a long ways to go, lol.
Stay lean and continue to bet bigger...maybe even lose more fat....looking for 220 at 8%
and bet BP under control....that has been one of my worries while bulking...just got a script for lisinopril 10mg....so well see how that helps during this bulk/blast
