Hello everyone. I have been working out and lifting for almost 2 years. All my life I grew up a fat kid. Never even been close to being in shape. I have fought and fought for years with my weight. I have a sweet tooth, and I LOVE food. But at the same time I love lifting and working out! I started boxing several years ago, and transitioned to mma 3 years ago. I am getting older and fighting is still a part of my life, but getting in AWESOME shape is an obsession of mine. I lift almost every day and do cardio 2-3 days a week. While I am getting stronger and a bit bigger. I'm still flabby. I HATE this. as a matter of fact, I'm putting on weight and I'm sure it's not good weight!! What gives?? I have been cycling for 8 months or so and while on I get stronger and gain water weight I never SEE anything different. I have tried every diet, every pill everything recommended to me. Then I see these 8-12 week before and after pictures and it makes me SICK! I love lifting and working out, I just want to look like I lift and work out! Any advice would be appreciated. I am 33yo 240lbs and 15% bf
