Why am I so weak no matter what?

If you lost weight it had nothing to do with some macro combination. It was because you’re in a caloric deficit.
Right, I added in more carbs. I just additionally switched some pro for carbs cause people here said my protein was too high. Figured it would better be used as carbs to fuel my training.
 
Feeling optimistic for sure.

Lost half a pound this week with same 4K intake, moving macros around so more carb less protein. Gonna bump carbs a tad this week as well.
Keep in mind that the average male can have a weight fluctuation of 5-6 lbs a day. If you see a daily change it could be as simple as a cup of rice that you didn’t eat today that you did yesterday. It not so much about the “what” as the “why”. The lack of rice itself won’t cause the fluctuation but the fact that carbs have a tendency to cause fluid retention will. Stick to your current diet for a week or two and then look at changes in weight. Unless I show a marked in/decrease of 3-5 lbs consistently on the scale I consider it fluid fluctuations.

I look at weekly average/trend, as I always have done (with or without a coach). I don’t make decisions based on a single day.

I think it's cause you said you took advice on Friday ay 8 days ago about a 4k calorie intake and lowering volume, then by Monday you were already moving macros around and increasing carbs?

So the other guys point was you haven't looked and the weekly trend the make a decision, you came up with a plan and you didn't even make it 3 days without altering it...so this decision can't be based on this "trend" and you quite literally have based a decision off a couple single days lol
