Straight up haven’t been consistent enough over the years I’ve been doing this. Let life, work, relationships and home renovations get in the way.

My vets have had good results with EMDR. Have you tried it?

I have not tried it. The VA near me does not conduct EMDR but the VA will refer me locally. I considered it for a time but I worked on other mental health issues as my issues had more to do with survivors remorse. I may undertake EMDR in the future but currently have no specific plans to do so.
