I been around the gym for years, I watch newbies come into the gym looking to get massively swolen. There only goal is to just be big; they come in barely able to lift the bar. Two weeks later 225 seems light, sure their bench press is up. But their training methods are stupied, they drink, and have no understanding of nutrtion. After the pepper has left their system they look like a shriveld rasin.. why do people do this?
