either way, PH's suck and are more expensive with all the same sides and way less gains then real Gear...

sell them and get some gear...then use the extra money for food

hey guy...go to the photo's aprt on here and look at my pics...i am clean right now and never was over 210 when i was on juice..i hopped on the scale today after 2 weeks on PH and i am 224 lbs.a gain of 13 lbs in 14 days ..my face is thinner and i am strong and thick as hell right now..i hate to sound like an ad but they do work and work very well on me ....i do dislike the side of sleepiness but well worth it if you ask me..i'll continue to use them..they are really good to me...i will use gear in between cycles of PH
