Please include meal frequency, macro breakdown, your philosophy/reasoning behind it, and your height, weight, and bodyfat percentage.

Just curious.

I eat 5-6 times a day, a shake in the morning and a shake pwo. 40/35/25 protien,carbs,fats, most carbs around workouts.

5'11, 220-225 depending on day, 15% bf(down alittle bit) natty.
 
I eat a 40/40/20 spread of protein/carbs/fat and get most of my carbs from fruit, nuts and vegetables. I try to keep away from simple carbs and maintain only organic sources of food. Currently I am eating every three hours and favor good protein and fat sources such as lean beef, fish, and ground turkey.

My current eating habits came about after I found out I was crazy and I needed to insure I got lots of clean omega fats, good quality carbs, and a some amino acids that were much needed for my body. Also was very important to get a ton more vegetables so I eat a great chop chop salad everyday with just about everything imaginable.


Stats as of today:

19 years old
185-190 lbs at 13% body fat (was taken yesterday)
6 ft 2
and still natural
