Why do you train?

It is largely vanity. But there are numerous benefits.

Keeps me feeling young. It isn't a substitute for substance, but aesthetics are important in the corporate world as well. I only have one body and wish to make the most of the gift that was given me.

And the chicks dig it, so why stop something that's working

well besides being, insecure, narcissitic, and self-centered...haha Its fun and it is nice to know one can do something that others cant, dont understand. I dont label BBing a sport, its an activity, a lifestyle, and way of being. As a young child I was always drawn to the cartoons and movies of "Incredible Hulk", "He-Man", "Superman." I was drawn to the beauty of muscle, when I used to watch horses run... the way they moved so fluently and how muscular these creatures were, how lean they were, and how gentle and kind they r. But what I guess drew me more to it, was the competition is with urself, and then amount of discipline and compromising one has to do to compete. These challenges r what draw me very much.
