anyone else think maybe hayley should lower weight and get more range of motion on some lifts?

her leg press sucks she dosnt bend her knees enough and her range of motion is very very short it shows that she is still in the stage that you think you can lift heavier then you really can. form is always more important then wight
she should lift as heavy as she while keeping correct form

Yes, of course she should, but she's young. We all did that when we were her age and I included that set in the documentary specifically because it demonstrated her youthful over-exuberance that we all can remember. Back before we got older, hurt ourselves and became more careful.

It definately captured what you were looking to demonstrate.And as I stated video looked great.I get what you are saying about her being young and not listening.Unfortunately, she already mentions injuries and training in that fashion she will probably be a short timer in the sport.Which is too bad because you can see the passion,but if she won't listen? what can you do?

um who cares how fast she trains? have you ever seen dave train? he trains ballistic style...and as you can see...it works for him and haylee. here is the thing people.....not one thing works for everyone. once you learn that you will take your physique to new levels you never thought possible.

i say halyee girl.....keep training how you want and getting results! rock on!
 
I agree with Lucian...Hell, when I started...many moons ago, I never squatted ass to grass, maybe to parallel. It all takes time, and pride also plays a part. As a younger person, it is so much better to tell your friends your leg pressing 800 pounds or what have you. If she were to do these correctly, she would have to drop down to 200 pounds...what would she tell her friends? ;)

Nevertheless...I hope she sticks it out...and not just her butt. I think she's a hottie and would love to see more of her. :p
 
This girl wants to be jacked, but if she dieted down from the 30% BF she currently holds, she'd be one of those cute, toned girls she's trying not to be ................LOL
