Why fast when using HGH?

I am fully aware that with peps such as GRF-mod/GHRP etc having amino acids etc limits or inhibits release of GH due to increase in somatostatin. However, when actually injecting HGH why would you wait the arbitrary ~30min before eating if you are in a sense getting the HGH directly and not waiting for release from pituitary?

Well it kinda depends on what your using the GH for... Fat loss = Fast, for and anabolic environment then eat right away

its not waiting an arbitrary 30mins; for fat loss, GH increases the utilisation of Free Fatty Acids for energy by up to 35% in some studies.. but this doesn't happen when other energy substrates are in the bloodstream (read carbs or fats from a meal); consequently for maximum fat loss, the idea is to leave eating as long as possible after your GH shot to maximise fat loss. since GH is active for up to 2 hours, its best not to eat for 2hours.... otherwise the FFA's released by the GH just get re-absorbed (by the way, if you're sitting on a couch they get re-absorbed- the idea is to active in those 2hours).

This of course is for max fat loss.. otherwise, just eat whenever you feel like it..
