Why I think

Am I the only one that isn't really clear on how this system works? Do you do the negative and then people strip off weight for the positive portion? Sorry I just couldn't comprehend how it works exactly.

Yeah, from what I understand. Emeric actually has a small book that describes his training.

You need 2 people, one on each side of the bar if I remember right. Maybe Emeric might be able to link how to buy his book?

Thanks, I really appreciate that. I train alone so I can't do that. I will try it out down the road though.

Hi Emeric,
Are you using sometimes the smith machine to make the loading easier (changing weights from positive to negative phase) or are you staying with free weights?
Thanks

Hi Achim,

I use the smith because the negative part, with the free weights is very hard to kip the balance.

Call me.

This training centers on the concept of muscle fibers and increase of androgen receptors in the muscles. The challenges lies in your ability to stimulate muscle fibers, when stimulated sufficiently trough the stress of weight training, muscle will reproduce and create more fiber. When you able to recruit and stimulate a high percentage of muscle fiber, the result will be an increase in muscle size or hypertrophy. In my opinion this is one of the most effective and efficiency way to train, you will be able to maximize the rate your muscle grow.

Is it specifically the training that does this or the resultant spike in testosterone from the training that causes the receptor to up regulate or both? From some of the studies I've read, the training alone in some cases did not up regulate the receptor. But in other studies when testosterone was spiked from training, that was the factor that caused the AR to up regulate.

Yes, testosterone is a hormone that makes the muscle grow, and the body will use all the anabolIc hormones at its disposal to respond to a bodybuilder's training. The training has a significant impact on testosterone, the training has to be intensive and brif if you train too much, the level of testosterone really falls. This type of training will increase the sensitivity of the trained muscle to testosterone. In other words, proper training can force your stimulated muscles to suck up all the blood testosterone, and this happen by increasing the number of testosterone receptors in the muscle that you train.
As the number of testosterone receptors in the trained muscle increases, the hormone's effects will be multiplied.

This is for those are not one high dozes, and care about health an longevity.

Ryan was a little too excited wasn't he? LOL!

Also eccentric resistance exercises can boost HGH production, particularly when the eccentric portion of each repetition is heavier than the concentric, or muscle-shortening, phase. The number of fibers supporting the weight decreases as your muscles lengthen, which exposes the remaining fibers to more stress. Eccentric resistance exercises can boost HGH production, because exposing muscle fibers to more stress stimulates more growth stimulus, which includes HGH production.

I found this interesting video.

Change what ? the training ?

Originally you posted (in 2010) that IM worked best with your 25mg/Testosterone daily. In a later post (2013) you stated that you did your shots Sub-Q.

I'm just curious if you discovered something that changed your approach.

Was it simply to avoid scar tissue?......even though you're using a Insulin pin.

Emeric what is good to keep prostate healthy?
