i was running jins at 10 i.u 3 times a week, along side igf and insulin.
i have recently started to diet and am now using getropin at 2i.u in the am, 2 i.u post training 5 times a week.
the pins and needles feeling in my hands and the swelling i used to experienced i have since i dropped from the 10 i.u way of taking it to the way i take it now are non- existent.
i hear all the time about guys feeling the sides at 4 i.u a day, the way i am running it now, but i am not feeling the sides like i used to, even though i'm only taking 10 i.u less a week.
do i have to feel the sides for it to be effective?
