Why Lumps after shots?

After about 8 shots my friend has seen a very set pattern to his shoots.. After each shot he gets a silver dollar size lump where the injection went in for about 3-5 days...

He is shooting 1 - 1/2cc test cyp.. it is not hott red or itchy just swells up nice... We heated the bottle in water for 45 minutes to see if that helps drop the alcohol levels and reduce pain factor and it about did 90% but the swelling is crazy..

It comes from a top notch highly respected company so quality is fine... Any idaes why...when doing shoots 4 days a week it is very very tough to stay a plan when you can't shoot on time..

Your freind is haveing crystalization of a depot im pretty sure. It is a deposit of the medication in the muscle. Now it becomes inflamed as it is a "foreign" body injected in too the body. If the lump continues to be a injection site your looking to get a abcess. Now it will prob be a sterile abcess but a abcesss none the less. The body will encase the "lump" in white blood cells then the abcess is formed. Best thing is to rotate sites much more. Tell him to try and use more sites and this will prob take care of the problem. Try massage to break up the lump if it is oil based. If you start getting hot sweats, fever, chills or redness/drainage from the site see doc right away. Any further questions on this issues PM me.

apply a warm compress and rub the affected area.

personal sensitivity to injected hormone? solvents? etc??

rotate many more sites. he should be able to hit ~8 pretty easily.

i have a marble sized knot in my upper ass cheek from sust pre-loads about 4 yrs ago. its hard like a marble, doesnt hurt or anything. anyone know what that is or why i got it? i never shoot my ass any more.

Probably needs to rotate sites more frequently. Also massage a little bit after injection.

do you rub the site and massage it, maybe in a hot bath

Site is rubbed amd massaged for about 2-3 minutes after and then throughout the day all day long... first time he has ever experienced this result but it is becoming aparent that it is from teh fact that it is a true 300mg (200mgs cyp 100 prop) combo... i had him delute it with some 100mg durabolin to see if that helps and it did not...

I may have him do only 1/2cc sten (150mgs) with 1cc durabolin(100mgs) and see if that helps reduce problems.. if not just get rid of it all together and have him go use 250mgs cyp ...

Sometimes I find to much rubbing inflames the area and does more harm than good , i would usually get massage for 30sec max

High mg stuff sometimes gives me soreness for a few days after shooting. I found that simply diluting the stuff with the addition od deca, eq, or even cyp solves the problem. Just don't try to dilute with more prop!
