At least this thread provides an outlet to safely vent upon the "punching bag" that bigpat has become, so that others can reply to more serious threads with clearer heads.

I actually have built a solid physique naturally and will likely do my first show next year.

...pic please. If true, it's the only way the OP will have standing in this nature.

(I sincerely hope the OP has done just this. It's always nice to see someone who goes the natural route. HOWEVER... given enough time, this too shall pass as anyone reaches their limit or find that the body no longer responds due to age and failing hormonal axis. The OP will find himself, among others, reconsidering their abstinence.)
