Agreed.
Hell raisins and grapes as hard as it may seem to beleive can put a dog into renal failure and they die. I have checked into it a few times as it seems unreal and I know a few people that their dogs got into raisins and or grapes and went into kidney failure and died.

when ever a snippet of an article is posted I am leary-what are they referring too? The fish oils them selves? or the contaminants in them-the cheaply processed ones-with possible rancid oil and heavy metals?

I use Carlson's fish oils -very pure and clean Norwegian caught and processed..

only bad thing i heard about fish oils, is their ability to inhibit inflammatory response and prostaglandin synthesis, which are thought to be important in muscle growth process, but that again is a theory which remains to be proven.

I call BS. Reason being go to the member pets and look what I just posted. They all get 3ml of salmon oil daily since a few months old. I can go and get the semen tested if you'd like to show this doesn't happen. As far as in humans I just don't see it. But I don't have kids so who knows

The grapes and raisins I don't believe about with the pets. I read it in our local paper one day, plus my vet said it's a bunch of bs. I used to feed my dogs grapes all the time. I give them fresh juiced grapes, they eat the pulp after I juice them and they love it. I'm no expert but been feeding dogs for many years now, maybe I've just been lucky! I don't know
