i know yuor not in keto but wouldnt it stimulate the thyroid more consitintly than being in keto for a week or two, explain why fatloss would not be better with example a half cup of cooked oats in the morn with your typical daily keto diet

Very good question!!

You should try to read what I've posted in the other thread dude. Your carbs or no carbs, keto or no keto has 0.0 to do with it. (AT LEAST NOT THE THYROID ISSUE)

hey moen just read it and good post, i assume your on the same page as me and refering to the question in this thread, because ya the 8% carb in the mens diet on that study would be about 100g of carbs, 8% of 2200 is 440 cals so 110g of carbs, which would relate to having some low gi carbs in the morning, and i assume you know that in the other thread i was talking about a low carb keto diet, trace carbs only form fiber and small amuont of nuts, ruffly 30g or carbs, putting you in keto, so that type of diet seems to be alot diff on the thyroid then with low gi carbs in the morn which supposivly does lower the thyroid correct? so i guess where both kinda saying that maybe low gi in the morn might be better but there seems to be more to it than that to get into keto for better fatloss, my conclusion is simply justt a timing issue with keeping the thyroid up to par at decent time intervals?
