have her do blds before and after IGF-1 test see what kind of elevation she gets....
Males can vary greatly due to a number of factors including age
I have not seen many results from females

Agreed blood work is best. Funny you mentioned the 50+ age thing, she's actually 52. Theres a pic from her company chritmas party posted in the significant others pic (topic area).

she decided to do GH eod to help w insulin resistance .

would 2iu eod even mess with Insulin?

1IU for a 100kg bodybuilder would pretty useless. But for a woman that weighs 50kg an is only looking for some fat loss/skin health etc. it's plenty. The correct dosage for all drugs depends on your body weight.
