This competition has completely changed my wife...
Always tired
No sex
Seems depressed as fuck all the time
Hates seeing pics of herself

We were going to go on a small date night for some apps and drinks but she tried on some jeans and now she is pissed because her ass is flat. I told her she is in the best shape of her life.

3 weeks to go for fuck sake. Never again shit is not worth it.
If your going to Compete I think you need to be extremely mentally strong.

contest prep is a BITCH. good for her for stickin through it. MANY dont. i always say after first contest its 50/50 if a person will ever do another show. Seems you get addicted to it or you never wanna go thru it again.

First show i won, the 2nd place guy was his first show. he said it wasnt worth it and would never compete again. whereas, i was HOOKED and HAD to get on stage again.

Nowadays, i cant imagine i had the discipline and energy to do contest prep. i had a near perfect job for it though. i was a video editor and made tv commercials. i literally sat in a sound proof room next to my cooler editing vid. i could eat all day. fridge and microwave were just down the hall.

i'd get annoyed as fuck tho. my co-workers would see me eating say in the break room and someone would ALWAYS ask "do you really like eating that?"
i would reply, "no, what makes you think i like it. i only like how it makes me look." grumpy n tired lol and on enough tren to kill a cow

Thank you all for the support! She is now 3 weeks out and looks great I think she is going to do just fine. May even place top 5 like her goal was.
Will get some updated pics. Just got her bikini and all the jewelry. She has been tanning a bit and we got some MT2. Very excited for her.
A few weeks after the competition we’re going to Mexico with some friends to celebrate. She is going to look great and have so much more confidence.

Thinking about putting her on some Anavar but not sure what mg? Was thinking 20mg a day also should she be taking novladex at all if she does the Anavar?
These are all questions the coach should have addressed but he has not. At least now we know what to look for in a coach

I would start lower than 20mg, if it were my partner. 5-10mg can make a difference. You can't unring the bell on certain side effects for women from androgens. I would also be certain that your Anavar is legit.

I believe they use small amounts of winstrol, since it somewhat mimics Anavar and is a cheaper raw.

That's what I figure too. Im just not sure how much cheaper it is, and if it would make sense to do that.

I have my raws HPLC tested all the time. I would never give my wife I was unsure of. I make all my own anabolics.
