Fuck this, you gotta be a moron to knock a woman up and go through this shit!! It all depends on who you marry. My ex-wife, bless her heart, was hornier that shit while she was pregnant. We had sex right up until I was too scared to do it. She gained exactly 19lbs through her pregnancy. And she lost the 19lbs in 3months.

She divorced me after 9 years of marriage because I was a work-a-holic. So I guess you just can't win even when you have a good one.

I checked out the site. Ummmmm its not only chicks that "change for the worse" after marriage. Dudes have just as many (if not extrememly many many many more) issues AFTER marriage that they dont show until you send the end all be all words: I do.

Dont think its just females that completely demolish the ideal of marriage. Ok, I almost never chime in on anything in this whacky forum, but on this one...

Mom and I have been married 20+ years. Sex has never been better, she's the best thing that EVER happened to me! As far as I can tell, I've done exactly two things completely right in my life, and marrying her was one of them. And yuo know what? Those two things will bail me out of ALL the rest of it, which was...well, a pretty mixed bag, to say the least.

I've never been able to understand posts like this first one, or all that "The first (second, seventh, tenth) year of marraige is so hard...," and on and on.

I must have done something right in a past life, because I can't think of anything I did in this one to deserve her!

My finacee and i have verry few fights, but with how stubborn the both of us are when we do its a blowout. even in the middle of the worst time im happier to be fighting with her than having a good time with anyone else. we've had our downtime when it comes to sex and we have months on end where we cant get enough of eachother. usually if theres a bit of a drought she's dealing with something like school, family, money...etc. thats when she needs the most support. its not all about your man-junk, make her feel good about herself and stop whining about it.

I agree with Phil, that it's sacred between husband and wife and family.

I have had a lot of serious problems with my wife, mainly our past drinking problems, we made it through that and major custody battle that she had with her ex, it costed a few hundred thousand dollars, I felt a bit or resentment and sometimes a need to speak out. Now we have a son together and I love him more than anything and if I had to do it over, I would, because he was worth it, our lives changed for the better, neither of us will ever get drunk again and I thank god every day for all of my blessings. In the long run it will all be worth it.

Furthermore, when my wife was pregnant, she ate perfectly, Collard greens, spinach, sardines, shrimp coctail, just the lowest mercury fish, took the best prenatal supplements, but she still gained 70lbs, my son was under 7lbs at birth, leaner then hell though, practically had abs.

My sister on the other hand, only gained about 10lbs, and her son was
10.8lbs!? They are 1 year ond 2 months apart and weigh about the same.

My sister ate nothing but crap, so don't judge her on how she eats, keep in mind that the hormones make you crave certain things. You will also see how much it's worth it when your baby looks at you and you see the true unconditional love that he/she has for you and that baby is part of both of you.

Most women are very emotional. It has got to me 10xs worse for some when they get preggers. And the very last thing on someone's mind is sex when they feel bad about themselves emotionally. Try to be understanding bc im sure whats happening to her body is very stressful. So just be patient and BE NICE
