Any input would be huge. I'm not sure what this all means with women.

Go with her to her OBGYN, but keep in mind if she falls in any normal ranges you'll have an uphill battle with the doc.

If she is on BC or any other hormone affecting drugs that will be the first thing the doc adjusts. Good luck.

Thanks man. She isn't actually on anything nor has she been. She's been complainng about being overly tired lately. I know there has been some stressful stuff in the past couple of years but it's getting better. Maybe her cortisol is all banged up.

Rundown as in low energy?

Could be many things.

Thyroid, apnea, depression, bipolar, diabetes, allergies, mineral or vitamin deficiency, stress, cortisol levels...

Could these numbers explain why my wife has been run-down?

My guess is she isn't eating enough, specifically carbs. Her blood values here are all normal and also pretty much meaningless with regards to feeling "run down."

Has she been semi-dieting for the last <insert age> like most women?
