Will not enough water hinder gains?

Will not drinking enough water hinder gains and if so... why? My cycle was going great and gaining good and had lots of water bloat from estrogen a little high and 8iu's of gh(2days on and 2off) and then all of a sudden... POW! My weight just started dropping and don't know why. Started with 4 lbs one day and now im at a total of about 9lbs all within about 5 days and not sure if its stopped yet but still seems to be dropping. Only thing I can figure out is I haven't been drinking as much water as usual as i haven't been thirsty lately and seem to be forcing it down. Food intake seems to be the same except maybe a little more sugar. Its hard to satisfy them sugar cravings. Also i've stopped the gh and slin now too. Does gh really bloat you with that much water retention?

I guess I kinda wanna know is the water important for keeping your weight besides all the other great stuff it does and keeping you healthy? And do I need to maybe focus more on getting the water in before the food down? I've always been a super skinny guy(check my pics) and have a hard time keeping body weight so every pound counts for me... Thanks for any replies guys and gals
 
dont know about the gains limiting, but not enough will have you one toxic dude.

There is no doubt that I am stronger when holding water. There have been some posts here that delved into the bio-mechanical advantage of having cells very hydrated.

We all know that insufficient water will weaken you. You need enough to be peeing near clear at times. If your urine stream is deep in color you need to add more water in general.

And for the other poster, too much water is toxic as well.

Ya my urine's mostly clear throughout the day besides in the mornings the first few times. I guess I wanna know what made me lose all that weight so quickly and why? It's not like I was completely deprived of water as i bet I was getting maybe 3/4 of a gallon when its usually a little over a gallon just guessing. I also didn't know if the sugar had anything to do with it. I know some diabetics that when they get too much, they piss out proteins or something like that. Im not real knowledgeable on that subject and didn't think that would be the case with me but I just cant figure it out. Just doesn't seem normal :(
 
Absolutely not enough water will hinder gains as well as lead to health problems.

Since water drives muscular contractions not enough water will hinder those same contractions you rely on to help you lift weight. So put two and two together here.

lets think logical about this

water is the most important nutrient in the body without it we would die in 3 days

2/3 water in our body is intracellular
1/3 extracellular

im pretty sure it can hinder alot

This is EXACTLY what I was looking for. Will you actually hold 8 or 9 lbs of water from slin and gh use 2 days on and 2 off @ 7iu's of slin two times/day and 8iu's of gh? Took it for a little over 3 weeks and 2 of the weeks was before my cycle started. I thought that was a little much to lose but I suppose its possible. This was my first time on the gh/slin combo and didn't think i'd hold that much water from it.
