Will not drinking enough water hinder gains and if so... why? My cycle was going great and gaining good and had lots of water bloat from estrogen a little high and 8iu's of gh(2days on and 2off) and then all of a sudden... POW! My weight just started dropping and don't know why. Started with 4 lbs one day and now im at a total of about 9lbs all within about 5 days and not sure if its stopped yet but still seems to be dropping. Only thing I can figure out is I haven't been drinking as much water as usual as i haven't been thirsty lately and seem to be forcing it down. Food intake seems to be the same except maybe a little more sugar. Its hard to satisfy them sugar cravings. Also i've stopped the gh and slin now too. Does gh really bloat you with that much water retention?
I guess I kinda wanna know is the water important for keeping your weight besides all the other great stuff it does and keeping you healthy? And do I need to maybe focus more on getting the water in before the food down? I've always been a super skinny guy(check my pics) and have a hard time keeping body weight so every pound counts for me... Thanks for any replies guys and gals
