Again, who are these guys that eat in 1500 daily caloric surplus, don't train, eat like shit, and get lean doing it? I need names so I can study the genetic miracle that defeats the laws of this world as we know it.
Again there are studies showing significant increase in metabolism on trt from guys who were deficient. Almost upwards of 1000 calories from what I remember

@01dragonslayer okay I’m glad I touched base with you and will reconsider this experiment. I’m afraid if I go down to trt I will rapidly start losing muscle and gaining fat , also there is a cortisol spike whenever you suddenly drop to trt so I will be experiencing a lot of water retention most likely

is there a way to prevent this from happening without having to use Aromasin or Letro ? The hypothetical protocol would be 15-20mg a day of test prop -
 
Just run a low dose 300mcg of t3 and 250mg of dnp year round and your golden pony boy
 
Well it seems like a lot of guys on aas can eat like that and stay 10% bf or under . I’m experimenting with taking mega doses of test prop daily to get leaner and have thinner looking skin in the quickest way possible. Yea I know it’s unconventional but I want to get down from 18% bf to 10% as quickly as I can while staying 220lbs. Having an aesthetic look and being shredded isn’t likely on trt dose

The main reason I thought about higher test dose was so that I could lose fat faster than just trt . With the metabolism increase from test it would make it easier in theory

Dude you are missing a significant point here. Testosterone does not DIRECTLY increase metabolism.

Here is the logic: testosterone + growth stimulus (taining) + adequate nutrition -> muscle gain -> metabolism increase due to addition of metabolically active tissue (aka muscle). Mind you the metabolic increase is fucking minimal. If I recall correctly it's under 100 cal/pound of muscle gained. May have been closer to under 50.

When you are not training, you're not providing stimulus for growth. When you are not providing growth stimulus, you will not increase your metabolism.

You should not be messing with anabolics whatsoever, you're going to end up hurting yourself real bad unless you get your shit together and try to comprehend what is going on behind the scenes.

The only growth stimulus you're providing in the scenario you described is fat gain...and there will be a ton of it. You will grow in all the wrong ways and your health will suffer.

Use basic logic and observation man. If people could just bump the test and eat like shit, why the hell do they bother with t4/t3/clen/or even cardio for that matter
 
Using anabolic steroids to offset a lack of self control and eating like a douche is akin to putting a turbo in your car so you can outrun speeding tickets instead of just....not driving like an idiot.

Make no mistake: you will NOT out-drug/out-train a shitty diet. I have proven it to myself dozens of times with every compound, including DNP. Take my word for it or find out for yourself.

Additionally, how in the hell do drugs increase your maintenance calories without an actual increase in metabolically active tissue or activity levels? You need to look into thermodynamics - that energy needs to go somewhere. It does not just evaporate because you took enough AAS to bulk a trex. If tren could increase your maintenance by a factor of 160%, why tf do people even do cardio and take clen. Ugh
If you can out eat DNP you must have really opened up the flood gates to your diet LOL. When I tried DNP it had me sweating like crazy and I losing weight faster than I intended too.

Yeah no man, all it did was save me money on my heating bill lol. I have a vicious appetite that I have been fighting my whole life. I finally got a fucking leash on it after years of failure. Finally got it dialed in. My hunger levels are far beyond what my body needs so I am bound to a life of daily cardio and low-calorie dense foods lol. Maybe a sprinkle of retatrutide on occasion

🤣 that is funny. I know exactly which study you're talking about (i think). Googled real quick to see if I can figure out where he got this info from and one of the studies that showed significant increase involved hypo men
