windows security suite Virus, help!

i got this virus called windows security suite Virus, its abig loud popup, any body got it before? and how or waht did ya do to get it off? i tried deleting its files and its still here

i have avg free and its been fine for years, i guess i should get the upgraded one ya pay for huh? you know how much it will cost on average maybe to get it removed?

I dont use AVG, but it does work well. Try uninstalling the older version and installing the new one. Just because DAT signatures are uo to date doesn't mean that the engine is designed for newer viruses. Also, If you want, download the newest Kasperskys Labs trial and run that after you uninstall AVG and BEFORE you install the new version of AVG. Do a full scan with Kaspersky. www.kaspersky.com
