It's been a long time coming but I'm happy to announce that we've picked a winner in the Train With Kai Greene contest!
This week I will be shooting a chest workout with Kai and Ricky Francois!
Originally from Port-Au-Prince Haiti and now living in New Jersey, Ricky is a young aspiring competitive bodybuilder who already has a few contest wins under his belt. This week he will be able to take his passion to the next level with the help of Kai!
