WMS followed by TP's Beef ISO?

I have been wanting to give these a good shot lately. And my thinking was trying the WMS post workout. And then follow it up with some Beef Iso protein powder from TP. Or is the Whey iso protein better? Your thoughts?

I wanted to also add to each jug some Protease Enzyme Complex.

I like the beef isolate. But pwo I prefer CFM and other times of the day I use beef iso and lba's.

i'd be good because it has a slower release time. i still prefer casein though
 
I still havent heard if beef iso is slower or not but im presuming its still a fast acting protein since its an isolate. I take it with milk or some natty pb to make it time released though. Or even some fiber will do it too.
