Women and HGH dose?

My wife is itching to get into my HGH stash thinking that it will have the same effect on her as it does on me with helping keep muscle while loosing some fat.

Would a does of 1-2iu's ED be benifical to a woman for weightloss and energy combined with a clean diet and excersize?

Her diet is clean now and here workouts are light wieghts for 30min at a pretty fast pace followed by 30min on the Arce-Trainer for 30 min , she's able to train EOD.

Hey gunsmith, I do not have any experience with gh and females. My first reaction is don't do it. You will open up a pandora's box of other issues, namely hormonal. Second I want to ask why is she only using light weights? Women who are not on any gear can and should lift heavy, that's heavy for them. Flogging a light weight for a hundred reps is not going to get very far, again if she is not useing any aas then she will not get big! Heavy training burns more cals than light training, just keep the intensity up and reps around 10-12. Keep protein very high and carbs medium to low with some good fats in her diet. With the cardio and weights it will come off, but I think gh for her would be a mistake! Hope this helps.
 
I have seen really good results with females at 1 iu a day 2 days off a week. The best and safest choice for females over anabolics IMO

I don' t see any hormonal issues with woman using HGH
IMO it's way better for a woman to use HGH rather than androgens , even if it's low dosage

yea I thought so, but as I mentioned I'm not uo to speed with gh and females. I always tread lightly with gh/endocrine issues as the balance in the body is a fine line and easily upset. Thanks for that. I totally agree with the issue of aas and women.

GH and testosterone/estrogen are completely on different levels. That's why using HGH for women is much safer with no sides like from test.
