Women - Beginners - Need to Lose Bodyfat and Get toned.

Has anyone got any advice for Women starting out working out. My weight is 130# and I am 5"5. I have about 28% bodyfat. I would like to get to about 16% bodyfat. I am also just starting to workout again. I just want to get toned and lose bodyfat. What do you suggest taking? I have been told clen and anavar? If so - what amounts as well as how long and if you know of something better please let me know.. I am clueless.

Also I do not want to take anything that will make me grow body hair in any weird places nor change my voice! Nothing androgenic!!

The best advice I can give you here is get your diet and training in order. Stay away from anything right now except good food and solid training. DO NOT LET THE TRAINERS tell you to lift light weights and for ridiculous reps. The trick to losing body fat is to gain as much muscle mass as you can for a woman (not much without crazy amounts of drugs) to help burn fat. You will not do this with light weights and cardio. Eat a diet high in protein meduim in carbs and low in fats. You can make some serious progress first without the drugs. Once you wander down that dark path girl there is no turning back. Please heed this advice, it will serve you well.

What do you mean by the DARK PATH? Do you mean that we will get possibly addicted or that it is really bad (health wise) for me? Clue me in. I do not understand why it makes so many drastic changes for men and some women too? I want to get really toned and I will work out with high reps medium weight and cardio. I know that this will build muscle ~ however I thought that the anavar and clen would help speed up the process? I am going on a cruise and entering a pageant.. Help me out pleazzzzzzz

Since old fella and I have been around the block a few times. You need to listen to his solid advice. DIET! DIET! DIET!, there is no secret pill to make you look great. It comes from hard work and correct nutrition. Dark Path?? you will start to think that is the answer, and it is not. Save you money and hire someone to help you in your training and diet. There is some top notch people on this site for that. If you want someone to help you ask, you will get plenty of responses.
 
Don't forget to check out our Female's Forum. We have some great gals here that know the ins and outs of the female fitness journey. They are very helpful and nice gals that can cut through the bull and dispel some of the myths that women believe about bodybuilding and fitness.

All women say to me, "I just want to get toned and not look muscular." Tone IS muscular. You very likely don't have the chemistry to have large muscles. Muscle burns more calories per day than any other tissue in you body. Increase that and maintain or decrease your calorie intake and if your weight has been steady, you WILL lost bodyfat. Remember that it's the muscle that gives even a woman's body it's shape. But seriously, you should talk to the girls here. They know their stuff. Professionalmuscle isn't just men. Oldfella and Pesty are right. Heavy lifting can also increase bone density which is very important for women.

The dark path, dark side many of us refer to is the AAS route. Once you step onto this path you are basically changing your body chemistry forever. You will not be the same again endocrine system wise. Sure many have come away from using this stuff only to find it a long hard road to recovery of their endocrine system. Sure you can take a pill here and there, hell even look at injectables from time to time but once you start this you must realize the consequences attached to it. You need to lift heavy weights, heavy being a relative term for each and every individual. What you would cll heavy I would call light. See what I mean. Heavy does not mean 300kg deadlifts for you. But the key to losing fat and gaining the look you refer to is hard work, hard nutrition and dedication to attaining your goal. I own a gym. I have trained hundreds of women and trained them to lift heavy. Not one of them has ever looked like arnie, dorian or ronnie coleman. the ones the perservered got exactly what they wanted. A body to die for. Fit, healthy, strong and sexy.

SO the bottom line is lift heavy in a medium to low rep range. Execute with good form always, maintain intensity in your workouts, eat a good, solid clean diet rich in protein, moderate in carbs and low in fats. Do some cardio at least 3-4 times a week but do not overdo it. You do not need any diet drugs or magic potions for this. It is all a matter of will. If you have the will power to say no to chocolate, ice cream and pizza then you can do everything you need to do and more with weights and diet, Yes this goes for the men as well. The answer to looking good does not come from a pharmacy.
 
i would also get that "toned" mentality out of your head right now. There is no such thing. You either have low body fat to see muscle or you don't.
