Has anyone got any advice for Women starting out working out. My weight is 130# and I am 5"5. I have about 28% bodyfat. I would like to get to about 16% bodyfat. I am also just starting to workout again. I just want to get toned and lose bodyfat. What do you suggest taking? I have been told clen and anavar? If so - what amounts as well as how long and if you know of something better please let me know.. I am clueless.
Also I do not want to take anything that will make me grow body hair in any weird places nor change my voice! Nothing androgenic!!
