Must be pretty satisfying to be so lean AND start a prep so far out. One of the few instances where adding LBM during a prep isn't so crazy sounding.

Talk about coasting into a contest. I never want to have to scramble to diet down or start out unbelievably heavy ever again. It's just a step back.

Was she a bigger gal at one point in her life? Looks like the majority of the 18 weeks is gonna be spent tightening up the lower back, booty, inner thing and hamstring area. The loose skin makes me think she's lost a lot of weight in those areas.

Yah she's been a good bit heavier before. We've already been dieting for 10 weeks. Just taking it nice and slow and steady to hopefully tighten up the looser areas you mentioned.
