i entered it weighing in at 179
my attempts were 460 miss
460 good
470 good

I took first place. . . .

I think what is most impressive is that he is natural he claims.

Just some prohormones. . . ... . . superdrol did wonders for my strength. . .

there were not alot of HW and SHW. . i believe one guy weighed in at like 225 and did 430. . another weighed in at 245 and hit 445.

The contest was in WV.

There were only about 10 lifters that showed so it was a small but good meet.. one of those where you beat yourself if you aren't careful.

but this was my 19th contest.

I would love to hit 500 but i believe i am going to have to put on a little more weight first of all.
