Been a member for a few months now so I thought I'd throw a few pics up for critique.
I'm 5'10" and 210lbs. I train 4 days a week free weights in my garage. Been lifting on and off for 10 years but training solid and getting diet in check for the past 6 months. This board and some of the cool guys on here have been very inspirational.
I'm wanting to compete in 12 months time at a local comp, I know its a long way off but its one of my life ambitions and its what I'm aiming for.
Please take it easy, its quite daunting to post these and I know my posing is crap but its all a learning curve for me
