Problem that I see is that he is on probation. Which makes him a "at will " employee with no " right to work" protection and the company wouldn't have to prove due cause. It sucks that it happened. The company may or may not have a way to grieve the termination. If it does follow the steps listed. Good luck.

Honestly id contact a lawyer and see if u can do anything for wrongful termination! Probation or not u do not want this to follow u ever because it can screw u out of a lot of good jobs! Especially if u did nothing wrong which from what u have said man u did not do a damn thing wrong at all!! but talk to a dumb chic who prolly took something u said out of context and is now a martyr in her own eyes.... Dude that blows and id honestly seek out any legal course of action i could! Did they have a union? Were u a part of it? Not really sure how the nazi walmart corp is ran
