So, basicly my BMR is 2000>2200, will check it tomorow, but, is there any way to work out how many kcals i burn during a day, ex, when i do cardio in the morning, or weight training in the afternoon?
as im sure the kcals burnt on the machinese is just a prefix, so it wont be accurate
