working out through injection pain?

I hit shoulder (eq) tricep (mast) and glute (test)... I used outer tri head because long head was becoming to annoying. I try to schedule pins according to workout, at least with a day or so. Tri is a little achy just so wondering thoughts on working a push exersixe or anything involving muscle group after last night's pin session. Is it bad?? Can it create a problem?? Pain Is ok for me if its normal otherwise I'll worry . afraid I developed scar tissue in long head so my body was letting me know lol. Any thoughts or ideas would be awesome guys!

Why do you need to pin triceps?

Worst case scenario..not all the oil was absorbed, and that area can "burst".
I've only read it. Slowly ease into your sets/workout making practical judgment of when it's just pip pain, or if a more serious inflammation issue.

If it's painful enough to where it's effecting your workout negatively, skip the workout and work a different muscle, cuz either you're going to internally bruise the muscle if all the oil isn't absorbed yet, or you're at least not gonna get the full potential of your training session. So what's the point. If it's not hard and inflamed i wouldn't worry about the pin site tho

I work thur it.I have used those same oils before and mixed in a single vial and shook.Did upper thighs,glutes,and shoulders rotating injection sites clockwise

Why do you need to pin triceps?

I pin triceps so I dont burn out too many sites. I should try quads I know . but usually I don't have a problem. I was just concerned if the pain could lead to something worse. Pain is always ok unless its unsafe.

I know guys that have been pinning every day for 20 years and never did anything but glutes and delts. Hell, if you pin EOD you can go on just glutes forever.

Normally I don't have any pip. Took a glute shot of tne one time and could barely get in and out of the car much less working out.
