I hit shoulder (eq) tricep (mast) and glute (test)... I used outer tri head because long head was becoming to annoying. I try to schedule pins according to workout, at least with a day or so. Tri is a little achy just so wondering thoughts on working a push exersixe or anything involving muscle group after last night's pin session. Is it bad?? Can it create a problem?? Pain Is ok for me if its normal otherwise I'll worry . afraid I developed scar tissue in long head so my body was letting me know lol. Any thoughts or ideas would be awesome guys!
