Just wondering ow many people are working out with major permanent injuries and what if anything they do before a workout to get through it.
I have the herniated disc in neck and lower back and I keep seem to do much at the gym. Some cardio, pushups, stretching light curls, and mostly core stuff. I mean you can take all the pro joint supplements you want thy don't do much while actuality working out.
Also I had 2 knew surgeries same knee sports related in Collage and few years after MMA. Now 10 ys later i can fell that knee acting up so cardio getting a little hard.
Not sure if anyone takes ibuprofen before hit gym? or anything like that.
I'm just not making any gains on what I can do even with diet in check.
